A7000 inline cleaning machine with water-based cleaning chemical liquid are used in electronic assembly industry to remove flux residue, solder paste, solder ball, dust and other contaminants on surface, rinse with DI. water, fully clean, security risk free and friend to human and environmently.
The whole system consists of total 6 zones: Zone 1: Pre-clean (Spraying) with chemical cleaning liquid. Zone 2: Chemical isolation (use a air-knife to cut chemical on products and conveyors). Zone 3: DI water pre-rinse. Zone 4: DI water rinsing. Zone 5: Air-knife drying. Zone 6: Hot air drying. Low power consumption, conveyor chain will transfer products pass through every zones. So, it's simple concept but very efficiency and convenient.  |
